Notes

Mill during snow storm. Watched a bunch of random you tube running related videos and then did the last 45 minutes watching the 2018 Boston coverage as some motivation.

Felt like garbage the first 7 and wondered if I would get it all in. Goal was 16-18. Finally after the first hour my legs and mind shook out. Started rolling and feeling better. Threw in 90 sec hills (60 @2%, 15 @3%, 15@ 4%) with 90-120 sec at 0% for recovery. Progression the entire time, but still easy paces.
