Watched the 2016 olympics trials marathon for fuel and motivation and entertainment. Set the mill at random hills level 2 so it went between 0-2.1 the entire time...for 935 feet of gain (whew!).
Focused on progression.
First half in 1:09:49 - 8:12 avg.
Second half in 1:02:02 - 7:17 avg
