Super poor. Lost my undefeated streak to Jamie - and by some distance too. Felt ok at the start and decided to just run with Jamie but he left me behind at 1km! The first km was slow but felt hard (heart rate shows this), then the 2nd km was also slow. Jamie started to pull away and i stopped to remove a stone and to decide whether to continue. Phlegmy and coughy at halfway and I only continued to get the 50run t-shirt. Walk/run the rest of the way before a sprint to overtake a fellow straggler.
Hopefully this slowness is just the after affects of that cold i had last week. But that's 3 runs in a row that have been bad. Worrying!
