Frosty so all the Stockholm Parkruns wer cancelled. I convinced Phil that a trip to Uppsala was in order.
Not pleased with the time as I was much faster a few days ago at Strathclyde but you can't win them all. The ground was a bit icy but the strength wasn't there and Phil finished 8 seconds in front of me.
