Oof this was hard. Ran alone as Phil is injured and so was able to run at my own pace. Those hills really take it out of you and I was running a slower pace than the marathon in the heat (15 sec / km slower).
Felt a lot better over the last few kms than I did for the rest as I finally got into a rhythm. I wonder how this 15km compares to Lidingö as it's a long way from 86 mins to the target of 67!
The heart rate should be ignored as it was not working properly after a Garmin update.
