First run in ages and the last reported here for 1 year+. Have ran a few times at the sauna-like gym and have been cycling to/from work but generally I am out of shape.
Didn't run with the watch so no idea bout splits but probably went out too hard as I had to walk 3 or 4 times after 3km which is not a good sign. More motivation and effort needed to get rid of the flab and break some PBs!
