Pleased. Watch-time of 21:27 as I was at the back at the start. It was pretty sunny but felt good (albeit hard) all the way round. After doing a few interval sessions recently, I knew this was going to be fast. Felt a bit stiff at the start but the first split was quick - followed by a 3:54!
Was tired at the end and felt slow but still managed to break my Strava record for the last km. Surprising.
It was pretty warm and sunny today - a full 16C more than when I ran my Haga PB.
Looks good for a big PB at Strathclyde next week!
