Easy Run
Legs felt sore fr yesterday & GPS could not lock onto satellite. Was going to run over to Harris Teeter & buy some stuff (brought mask). Very low dew pt & 56 degrees - first time in 3+ mos running in this type of weather. Started in Phillips Pl ran loops up by Hotel/Palm & then back down to small lot on other side & loop of the cinema lot & then up Phillips Pl Ct & up & left up Fairview right on Sharon past Walgreens left on Colony & into Harris Teeter & as I passed by remembered I forgot my money! so looped around the parking lot & then did a 1/2 loop then out & left on Colony left on Sharon hung right into Walgreens for a loop & then out & right on Sharon past Fairview left up Ashley right down Fairview right into entrance of Phillips Pl & ran into small lot looped 3x & then into cinema lot. Legs felt sore & tired at times but able to maintain cadence & form & did not feel "weak".
