4 x Hill Sprints - Cameron Valley (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
First time running hill sprints in 4+ weeks (due to recovering hamstring injury). Felt really strong running these & running these in the lighter Cortanna's helped w/getting stronger form & feel. Did not want to run these "too fast" to possibly cause an injury, and wanted to purposely run these for 12 second segments (vs. the 9-10 sec segments prior). Felt good on #1, #4, #2 but no so on #3 as my form was about 10% off. Accurate splits below:
