6 x Hill Efforts - 2x sprint + 4x 25 sec+ [+ 50m toe offs]

Really felt these as the inactivity of the 2 and 3 weeks ago caught up. Did not feel particularly swift, or smooth or strong (which I felt on any of the longer efforts). Ran two sprints up Cameron Valley fr clubhouse & these were consistent (but did not feel quick). Then ran 4x longer efforts - on #3 ran up Cameron Valley next to Urgent Care & this felt horrific, tied up really quickly and felt like I was running almost backward. For #4 thru #6 ran these up Fairview fr Urgent Care at bottom of hill - these felt smoother but I did not feel particularly quick or strong as the final 50 meters was a struggle. Only positive is that I ran these consistent and no fall-off. Accurate splits below:
