(un)Very Easy Run
Forced to take off another five days - last Tue 3 hrs after I ran I started seeing a black-n-blue mark form just inside of medial side of left ankle, it then began lo look glasine, and then later it hurt - appeared to be some sort of Achilles issue or in between Achilles & ankle. Iced it & it hurt to the touch for 3 days. Also got terrible news re kidney stone on Fri. Ran & this was just about to get back & try to get back into rhythm. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Felt ok for the first two miles but then things quickly fell apart as the heat really began to get to me & had to stop at 2.3 mi & then again at 3 mi (ea time began to feel uncomfortably hot). Mi 4 was a disaster (legs felt dead). Regrouped for the tinal 3/4 mi running loops of cinema lot.
