4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie Blvd (all up the less steeper near entrance)
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs. First time running hill sprints in 2 mo since Grade 2 hamstring strain in 3rd wk of April. Choose to do these on a less steep hill & not run too fast. I ran the odds the same & the evens the same. On #1 felt "out of sorts", then it clicked on #2 as I felt 100% stronger bio-mechanically, on #3 I had to deal with two cars where I had to swerve & slowed me down, & then #4 felt like #2. Accurate splits below:
