Very Easy Run
Progressively extending this run ea week (last wk 5 mi, today 5.25mi) & goal is run this at "very easy pace" - focus on high cadence, consistent form, small strides & run it very relaxed. This is actually difficult for 4-6 weeks in terms of maintaining that rhythm throughout. Ran this slower vs last week but today felt really "flat" at times - no real "spring" at times which means it requires more of an effort. Felt this more over the first mile but at various times in mi 2 & mi 3. Ran the first mile in Phillips Pl in/around Palm/Hotel (mi 1 - felt flat), ran down to other side looping small lot 3x then out & up around hotel/Palm side & left up Fairview (mi 2 - felt better running this), left on Ashley left on Sharon right on Rutherford (mi 3 - not sure why I slowed here?), down Rutherford left on Sulkirk left up Sharon & down & into near entrance in Church looped 2x in lower lot (mi 4 - felt more in rhythm running here), looped lower another time & then over to far entrance down right on Sharon right up Ashley right on Fairview 200m down (mi 4 - felt much better running here, felt bio-mechanically stronger & this felt easier & in rhythm), down Fairview hung a right into Phillips Pl entrance to small lot (mi 5- 5.25).h
