6 x Hills [2 x Sprints + 4 x Longer Efforts] - + 50m toe offs

Ran the first two sprints up Cameron Valley fr the Post Pk side. #1 felt easy & I felt swift. Have no clue what happened on #2 as this felt "forced" (didn't feel swift, felt mechanical & unfortunately this is how I began to feel after #2 - could be fr the soreness of lifting the prior days?). Ran over & down Fairview to Urgent Care & then ran the 4 longer efforts - the first two in the 25-30 sec range & then final two in the 20-25 range. #3 & #4 mirrored the two sprints as I felt much better on #3 (more relaxed, swifter) vs #4 where I felt like I was fighting against myself (felt forced, felt like I could not go any faster & in fact felt like was decelerating). On #5 & #6 I tried to focus on running this consistently & trying to be more relaxed - felt stronger on #5 & not so much on #6. Almost blacked-out immediately after both of these & I could feel my heart pounding? Accurate splits below...
