5 x Strides on th2 200m track at Beverly Hills Elementary (+ 10x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Made adjustments in form that enhanced efficiency & speed. Laid an egg on #1 as this did not feel crisp or powerful. Adjusted by shortening stride, increasing cadence, powering using glutes & saw a big improvement in #2. On #3 tried to run this "more comfortable" w/less of an effort vs 2 & slightly slower. Originally I was going to run 4 of these so ran #4 really "crisply" felt powerful. Decided to one more running this in the back parking lot & this was the same as #4 except that I missed twice pushing the lap button & had significantly decelerated when I was finally able to push it on the 3rd attempt.
