(un)Very Easy Run
Burma Death March run. Extremely hot for midnite. Felt defeated before I started so ran this at the easiest jog pace I would & hoped I could survive. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl running three long loops for the first 4 miles. At mi 5 I stopped as I was getting delirious & then finished strong running the final 1.5 mi in the cinema lot running loops.
