Injury Recovery Run

Cool conditions for June - refreshing, able to run w/out worrying about overheating. Started at Harris Teeter at corner of Providence & Selwyn in Myers Pk for a change of pace. Ran 200m down Providence & then crossed street & up left on Selwyn crossed Sharon & looped into circle at Queens Univ to behind first building (mi 1 - felt good, rhythm felt good, problem was it was really really dark which I thought slowed me down), ran back on Sharon past Queens up crossed the other Queens left on Sterling hung first left (mi 2 - felt much more comfortable running this as I was able to maintain rhythm & cadence), right & then up Queens right & up Selwyn left on Lorene left on Roswell down & left on Sterling right on Selwyn crossed Croydon (mi 3 - towards the end of mi 3 could feel the "starch" being taken out & began to feel "flat), continued on Selwyn past Queens U down & right on Oxford to Providence (mi 4 - really focused on maintaining rhythm & cadence as I could feel the ebb & flow of trying to stay in rhythm), left up Providence & back to Harris Teeter (finished strong).
