4 x Hill Sprints - Cameron Valley (+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)

Felt more "sluggish" vs "sharp" or "squishy" vs. "springy" on these. Did not feel crisp. Concerned abt the tightness/pain I felt at 4.2mi into the Easy Run prior and that running these hill sprints would aggravate or make that worse but fortunately nothing (but still ran these conservatively). Form felt much more intact in #2 thru #4. Accurate splits below:
