3 x Strides running down Fairview in front of Allen Tate
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 15x running butt kicks + 9x high knees
Ran these into a stiff 10mph headwind. Felt good on the first two but not sure what happened on #3. Tried to chop down stride length & focus on quick cadence & mid-foot plants. #1 and more so #2 felt very much under control. Accurate splits below:
