8 x Strides (4 short/4 long) - Cinema Lot [+50m toe offs]
Decided to mix things by running 4x sprint strides then 4 x longer strides. Have not done any of the shorter variety & need to keeps things diverse. Focused on form running the sprint versions (quick cadence, using my core) & tried to keep these consistent (failed on #3 but made up for that on #4). Then ran the longer strides & immediately noticed I felt slightly weaker as the sprint strides did take some starch out of my legs. Focused on running these progressively - running the 30-sec strides harder in the back half & finishing the 25-sec strides strong. Accurate splits below;
