(un)Very Easy Run
Horrific tropical conditions - the humidity was sky high & felt oppressive. It felt worse as there was no breeze so in the small parking lots it felt like was running thru steam. Ran this as slow as humanely possible & still this totally drained me - completely soaked in sweat. Ran in Newtons so focus was on form & quick cadence. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl - ran the first 3 miles mostly up by The Palm/hotel. Had to stop just past 2 mi as shoe laces came apart. Then stopped again at mi 4 as I felt I was going into heat exhaustion.
