4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley
+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs
Grabbed the wrong shoes (the heavier Triumphs') but ran these faster than expected, all < 6min pace. The first three all felt the same but not explosive (go up to speed but did not feel "strong" or "fast"), felt slower on #4 (form was not there). Accurate splits below:
