(extremely un)Very Easy Run
Landed in the ER yesterday morning screaming & writhing in extreme pain fr what proved to be passing several kidney stones (fr 5am thru 7:30am). Did not know this until I had a Catscan & apparently passed more stones after pulling the stent out Thur (one Thur evening, one Fri afternoon & another Fri around 3am) - the one on Sun was agony. Literally slept fr 12 noon Sun when I got back until 8pm Mon. Horrifically humid conditions (72 dew pt) & felt awful fr the beginning & realized that I was completely exhausted fr going thru the extreme pain the day prior & that my muscles were worn out - it felt like they were "smooth" & I could not contract. At two mi I had to stop. After that I could not run more than 5-6 min w/out stopping & felt completely exhausted. After 3.5 mi I could not run more than 150m w/out beginning to feel sick to my stomach & needed to stop. Finally, when I ran the 150m to 3.92mi I almost blacked out (and nearly did the same after simply finishing out the final .08mi).
