Easy Run

Felt really beat up yesterday & exhausted (after plane trip) so did not run. Felt almost the same today - as if I had been hit by sledgehammers. After a line of strong thunderstorms & rain passed thru fr 7p thru about 11pm decided to run (only 4 mi). Started out on Orchard St bridge & ran back neighborhood up to North Broadway (mi 1- felt terrible, felt sore, as if I had run 20 mi yesterday, and into stiff 10 mph headwind), left down N Broadway & ran 3 loops up around Capitol One Bank left into train station back on Fisher left on No Broadway to pizza place (mi 2 -3 - began to feel better but legs felt really "heavy" as if I had lead running thru my veins, slugged up any hill - surprised that pace got faster as it did not feel that way); ran down to train station underneath bridge out on Fisher to BRP looped back & then into train station parking lot running up lower lot all the way to back lot (mi 4 ), ran up upper lot then down hill to lower lot & two loops of lower lot (mi 5 - I felt the strongest running this mile, it was downhill, yet my pace slowed significantly & have no clue why?). Walked thru train station to other side, did dynamic hamstring stretches, then ran over to & right on N Broadway, left on Brookdale right on Thompson right on Benedict left on Hawthorne left on Orchard to Bridge (final .85 mi - felt better for about 1k & then literally had to hang on as I could feel myself losing rhythm).
