Easy Run

Was in ER last night for 12 hrs - very large kidney stone that has a 10-20% chance of passing. All lithroprisy machines are turned off for COVID-19 so unless I can get this to come out I face an ugly invasive procedure (horrible). I am on several powerful drugs which really makes running a "challenge" (super anti-nausea that makes your lethargic, super pain killer that "disassociates" one fr their body, a super muscle relaxer to get bladder/ureters/etc to relax (makes everything relax) - I had a huge loss of proprioception whre my legs & more so feet seemed to "disassociate" from my self & at times I was afraid of tripping. It was noce & cool out for June which made a big difference but I had zero sense of pace or perception of speed/strength until the end when I was running loops of cinema lot & had a much better sense of proprioception. Ran all of this in/around Phillips Pl - ran the first two miles down on other side (looping in/out of entrance/exit several times & looping small lot & then up to hotel, mi 3 was in/around hotel side, mi 4 running bck down to other side looping 2x in small lot & then 2x in cinema lot, and the 5 loops of cinema lot for last me (where I felt strrong).
