(un)Very Easy Run
Extremely hot & horrifically humid conditions again (felt like a sauna - 73 dew pt). I felt relatively better today vs yesterday in that I felt "less awkward" running. Focus was on getting in a rhythm (high cadence & trying to get into a repeatable form) & able to run 3 mi straight before I had to stop because of the unrelenting heat (completely soaked in sweat after only 3 mi). When I resumed I felt much better vs last night but still not nearly as strong as my runs prior to surgery.
