Injury Recovery Jog
Fast walked 2.5 mi (12:30 pace). Then went for 2.2 miles. In the first mile & would jog for 45 sec & fast walk 10-12 steps. After that I extended the run segments to 1 min & stopped the watch to fast walk 10-12 steps. No pain, no tingles & no issues in hamstring. Can't believe how out of shape I feel as running the 1 min segments started to tax me. Maintained form.
