Easy Run

Shifted hill sprints to today (rain predicted tomorrow) & ran for the first time in ~6 weeks w/Newtons (and could feel my legs/calves feeling fatigued at times). Ran this very easy & under control. Ran fr Allen Tate down Fairview left on Sharon to Sulkirk (mi 1 - felt really easy), right on Sulkirk right on Long Meadow right on Stokes right up Sulstone right on Sulkirk to Park So (mi 2 - continued to feel easy, rolling terrain), ran 100m down Old Reid then looped back up & onto Sulkirk left on Long Meadow right on Stokes right on Sulstone left on Sulkirk to Sharon (mi 3 - this was really rolling & not sure why I slowed so badly other than whenever I was running up a hill focused more on form, short quick strides, vs anything else?), left up Sharon & then down right into near entrance of Church looped around lower lot then up & out far entrance right onto Sharon to Ashley (mi 4 - purposely focused on form & cadence), ran down Sharon right on Fairview & then into Allen Tate (final .35 of a mi - I felt fatigue over this ~1/3 of a mi).
