(un)Easy Run
Brutal conditions - hot (82 deg) & tropically humid (71 dew pt) - worst conditions since last summer. The heat literally destroyed me - I had to stop 8 times. I could only make it 1.9mi before I had to stop & I was literally "cooking" & afraid of heat exhaustion. At 2.5 mi I was completely soaked in sweat & my shoes were soaked. Ran in/around Philips Pl & then out & up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon to Sharon View, looped back, in Sharon Corners out to Fairview right on Sharon up Ashley & then down Fairview & back into Phillips Pl. Felt completely exhausted (at 1.9mi!).
