Easy Run
It actually felt "less horrible" out meaning I was able to run w/out fearing heat exhaustion, without simply focusing on finishing or survival, and could push things w/out feeling nauseous. Plus there was a pleasant breeze. I noticed I did not start sweating profusely until past mile 1 - & noticed that I could concentrate on form & tightening my core. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & ran it the flatter Triumph's. I was very conservative running the first 3 miles & then realized I could push mile 4 where I would not safe fr heat exhaustion. Ran the final 1.5 mi running loops of the cinema lot & was targeting running these at around 8:30 pace & ran it faster & felt stronger (the heat adj was 20 sec/mi).
