(un)Very Easy Run
It felt dreadfully tropical so ran this at a very easy jog pace & still had problems w/heat. Now I realize why on Wed it felt marginally cooler because on Wed it was although still very humid. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & felt ok except very suddenly at mi 4 began to feel like I was overheating & had to stop - pace over first 4 mi shows how I felt consistent & again this was super slow. After trying to cool down I felt terrible & my pace in mi 5 affirms how terrible I felt - ran over to cinema lot & ran final 1.1 mi running 5 1/2 loops of cinema lot where I felt a little better.
