6 x Hill Sprints up Fairview fr Urgent Care (+7x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Brutal conditions to try to run these. On some of these it felt like my heart was stopping or I would faint/collapse. Soaked in sweat. On ea I emulated a relaxed form, high cadence & felt very strong running up the hill. I ran these at a much faster pace vs last week (6:12 pace) & with the same form (despite it being brutally hot). Felt really great on #1 (easy), #2 a little less, #3 abt the same, #4 made adj to increase cadence & get into a stronger form, #5 continued w/these adjustments & felt efficient & much faster (which I was & contemplated stopping), then #6 where I felt "gassed" & struggled more vs prior 2.
