(un)Very Easy Run
It felt so horrific out that I was forced to stop numerous times (3x) since prior to ea time & could feel entire body & insides begin to heat up as if I was running a high fever (and just had to stop & felt horrific). I can't even fathom how slow this was. I felt tired, my legs hurt but could not believe how slow this was. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. In mi 1 almost ran into what appeared to be a drug deal going down in a parking lot right inside Phillips Pl which is mind boggling.
