Very Easy Run
Ran this at a very easy pace & goal was to try to maintain high cadence & form throughout (when I ramp up it takes several weeks to be able to establish rhythm at "very easy pace" to where it actually feels "very easy" - since it does not feel "very easy" for the first several weeks). Ran the first 2 miles inside Phillips Pl (felt slower, first 1/2 mi felt terrible), then ran up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon into Church looped around lower lot & then around & out to Sharon (mi 3 - had to focus on maintaining rhythm as at times I would wane), looped 2x in lower lot & then over & down exit left up Sharon to Eastburn looped back down Sharon past Ashley (mi 4), down Sharon crossed Fairview ran another 120m then looped back left up Fairview & down & right into Phillips Pl & into cinema lot to finish (mi 5).
