3 x Strides running in PF Chang's parking lot (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
First time running any type of anything other than something easy in almost 2 months when I suffered Grade 2 hamstring strain in late April. #1 felt awkward and I was very conservative, #2 I pushed a little more & on #3 I actually felt "weak". Accurate splits below:
