Easy Run

Waited until rain stopped. Started fr Allen Tate, had rest day yesterday - yet I felt terrible as this run went on. It felt like I was 300 lbs, legs felt really (really) sore/tired, sweating much more than normal. And today in mi 5 (mi 4 on Fri) my legs just bonked - felt really (worrying weak), like Bambi trying to walk when she was born, rubbery legged, no strength, a struggle. Ran down Fairview (into strong 10-15mph headwind) left on Sharon right on Sulkirk (mi 1 - usually I feel "fresh" & things feel "easy" but 200m in I felt anything but this, able to focus & maintain cadence), ran down Sulkirk (into headwind) & right on Long Meadow, right on Stokes, right on Sulkirk & another loop (mi 2 - felt ok but could feel I had to put in more of an effort just maintain cadence thus nothing easy), left on Sulkirk to end left up Sharon left on Rutherford (into headwind) right on Sulkirk did a 180' at Long Meadow back on Sulkirk passing by Rutherford (mi 3 - able to maintain rhythm but it took alot of effort to do so, felt "off"), ran down Sulkirk to end left up Sharon down & right into near entrance of Church looped twice around lower lot then to upper lot (mi 4 - felt progressively terrible to where over the last 200m of this mi it felt like I was running in cement, completely lost rhythm & all strength & had to stop I felt so bad). Tried to regroup - then resumed & running down to lower lot looping around & then up/over to far entrance right into near entrance looped around parking lot & then up/over exiting far entrance right on Sharon past Sharon View (mi 5 - felt really weak, struggled to maintain rhythm, this part felt like I was 300 lbs), ran up to hotel left into parking lot looped around then right & left across Sharon right up Ashley & into Allen Tate (final .65 mi - this felt as bad as the prior mi but amazingly ran it at a much faster pace, at times it felt like I was running in cement).
