7 x Strides - 4 x Long Strides (~25 sec) & 3 x Regular in Cinema Lot (forgot to do toe offs)
Not sure if it was the heat but after #1, I was running the longer strides faster vs the regular (10 sec) strides & felt more powerful & efficient on the longer ones vs the shorter ones - have no idea why? #1 felt smooth & easy. On the first Long I was trying to gauge my speed & effort & effectively ran these progressively as I ran teh 2nd & 3rd where I wanted to & purposely ran the 4th faster but it felt smoother. The regular strides were another story. Accurate splits below:
