5 x Long Strides - 30 sec - Cinema Lot
5 x Long Strides in the Cinema parking lot where my focus was to run these under control, focus on strong form & quick cadence & not run too fast. #1 felt really easy, on #2 tried to run it at the same "feel" and then focused on trying to repeat that for #3, #4 #5. Felt good thru #4 and then on #5 could feel as if I was pressing at bit. Accurate splits below:
