Notes

3 min hard, 5 min easy for 60 min. This workout was super hard. My legs are very tired. I was able to get my heart rate up into the 170-180 range though. My average heart rate was 164. I'm not sure if this is a good thing. I think my body might be having a hard time recovering. However, I warmed up on the elliptical, which could account for the heart rate rise. On the bright side, I think I'm actually starting to enjoy biking!
