Notes

30 minutes easy for my first run back. I was definitely starting to miss running every day, which is good, because I know that my break was long enough! The past couple of months were mentally challenging, so it was nice to have some time completely off. I’m excited to get back to training though. I think the main focus of my summer training needs to be keeping it relaxed and not doing too much too early. It’s been four years since I’ve gone into a cross country season completely healthy, and I really want to do that this year. I just have to remind myself that I’m training to peak in November, not August.
