Notes

30 min workout at Avera. 8x1 minute aqua jog, 20 second kick, 1 minute off + 90seconds all out at the end. These workouts are pretty short, but they are very hard! We figured out how to adjust the jets in the pool, and that makes the workout pretty intense. On a side note, my foot was super sore today. I think it’s mostly from the lift yesterday. There’s a lot of jumping and stepping up/down. It could also be because of the run though. I don’t know.
