5x8 minutes hard, 4 minutes easy. For the 8 minute hard portion, I alternated between two minutes standing and one minute pedaling hard. My average heart rate was 174, so I was really happy with that! This was a tough workout, but in a good way! The last 1:30 of each rep was pretty difficult. Overall, it was a really solid workout.
