2 mile warm up (8:00, 8:04), 4x800m with 400m jog, 1 mile cool down (7:59)

800s: 3:04, 3:03, 3:01, 2:58

This workout was a little rough. The first workout after injury is always humbling. It did seem to get better as the workout went on. The fourth rep definitely felt the best. I just wish I was in better shape, but I can tell the fitness is still there. I know it will come back, but hopefully it does before conference.
