Notes
Today's run went well! I felt really relaxed, and I was able to cut down quite a bit the last two miles. Technically, I am supposed to be taking these runs really easy, but it's hard when I only get to run a few times a week. I felt good though! My heart rate is definitely still higher than usual, but I feel like my fitness is coming back!
