3 min warm up, 8x1 minute hard aqua jog, 30 second kick, 1 minute off, burn out (7 minutes)

This was a pretty good workout! It was really fun to get to do the burn out. Riccardo went first, and he got 6:30, so obviously, my goal was to beat him. I probably could've gone a few more minutes, but it's just so hot in the pool.
