40 minute pool workout at Avera. 5 minute warm up, 8x1 minute hard, 20 second kick, 1 minute rest + 2 minutes all out at end.
Today's workout went well! The jets were turned up higher than last week, so overall it was a little harder. I made it through though! We had a huge snow storm yesterday and today, so I wasn't able to access a bike or anything. It would've been nice to double today, but oh well.
