250m w/u, 10x100m with 1 min recovery, 200m c/d

This workout went well! On the last two reps, I had to extend the rest to 1:30, because I was super tired, and I wasn’t recovering as fast as I would’ve liked. Overall though, I’m getting way better at swimming!
