15 min warm up, 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 min hard with equal recovery, 15 min cool down
This was a solid bike workout. I was able to get my heart rate up in the 160-170 range during the hard intervals. During the hard intervals, I alternated between standing and just biking as fast as I could. This was probably the hardest bike workout I've done though, so I was satisfied!
