4x10 min hard, 5 min easy

This was another workout that was supposed to mimic a tempo workout. However, it's hard to tempo on the bike, so I just did my same stand for 2 minutes, pedal hard for 1 minute for the duration of the interval. My heart rate was pretty high, so it was definitely a good workout. My legs were also super sore from lifting yesterday.
