This was a pretty good one today. Tricky. I was thinking tempo, but made it a Hill Tempo instead.
1 Mile WU @ 7:30 Pace and 1%
Mile 2 @ 6:58 Pace and 2%
Mile 3 @ 6:58 Pace and 3%
Mile 4 @ 6:58 Pace and 4%
I was going to try and hit 5% at 6:58, but had to slow it down to 7:30 pace to make it.
Then finished with a half mile cooldown flat at 7:30 to end.
Fun little hill stuff.
